Remote Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this work-from-home role, you will identify prospects, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales through phone, email, and video calls. This position is well suited to a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets in a flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via phone and video conferencing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate terms, prepare quotes, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Follow up on inquiries and respond promptly to customer questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation and persuasion abilities; proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot; time-management skills; self-motivation; and familiarity with digital sales tools.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent sales experience may substitute.
• Attributes: Resilient, goal-oriented, adaptable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
