Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This individual contributor role is responsible for executing all warehousing activities, including receiving, handling, storing, recording, and dispatching incoming and outgoing goods. The ideal candidate will ensure that all warehousing operations, such as packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching, are performed safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. This role also involves maintaining accurate data within our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods and merchandise, checking for damage and discrepancies.
• Accurately sort, label, move, and store goods and merchandise according to established sequences and to optimize warehouse space.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing goods and merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy in product and quantity.
• Load trucks for customer delivery, ensuring proper bracing and padding to prevent damage during transit.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by entering data into the ERP system and assisting with inventory counts.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

• Skills: Forklift operation, warehouse operations, attention to detail, safety-consciousness, basic computer proficiency, ability to read and interpret documents, basic mathematical skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, team player, reliable, punctual, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic.
