Job Summary

A reputed organization in Sepco, Durgapur is seeking confident and responsible candidates for the position of Tour Manager. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and tourism, with strong customer coordination and organizational skills. The Tour Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee tours to help ensure a smooth and memorable experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tour-related activities from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with clients, travel partners, and service providers.
• Handle travel schedules, bookings, and tour arrangements.
• Support the smooth execution of tours and provide customer assistance.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination throughout each tour.
• Resolve client issues or concerns during tours promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (H.S.) pass. Graduates and above may also apply.
• Attributes: Professional, confident, and responsible.

Compensation & Working Hours

• Monthly salary: INR 20,000–30,000.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day.
