Summary

The Talent Acquisition Admin I supports the end-to-end recruitment process, from job specification development and sourcing through candidate acceptance. This role partners closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies, coordinate interviews, support a positive candidate experience, and help meet recruitment service-level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job specification development through candidate acceptance.
  • Coordinate interview processes and communications with hiring managers, including candidate and interviewer feedback, SLAs, and next steps.
  • Conduct needs assessments with hiring managers before sourcing candidates.
  • Analyze the performance and effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Recommend and implement recruitment process improvements, including benchmarking activities.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand and online presence across digital recruitment sites.
  • Build talent pools and professional networks for assigned functional and geographic areas.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and provide training and technical support as needed.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Recruiting experience.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish and manage service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience managing interview processes.
