Overview

The Talent Acquisition Admin I supports the end-to-end recruitment process, from job specification and sourcing through candidate acceptance. This role partners closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies, coordinate interviews, support a positive candidate experience, and meet recruitment SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job specification through candidate acceptance.
  • Conduct needs assessments with hiring managers before initiating sourcing.
  • Establish communication strategies with hiring managers regarding feedback, SLAs, and next steps.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition.
  • Analyze the performance and success of sourcing strategies and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain an online presence and employer brand across digital recruitment sites.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and networks for assigned areas.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and provide training and technical support as needed.
  • Conduct benchmarking and maintain knowledge of talent acquisition trends.

Requirements

  • Recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish and manage SLAs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience managing interview processes.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
