Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist the HR team in day-to-day hiring operations.
• Learn and implement end-to-end recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of recruitment (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Genuine interest in building a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.
