Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment

About the Role

Aeroteck Manpower India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic, fast-learning recruiter to join its remote recruitment team. In this role, you will support hiring requirements across the engineering, EPC, heavy machinery, industrial, real estate, and construction sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates and supporting role closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
• Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and assess their suitability for each requirement.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process through joining.
• Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritise urgent positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment updates in the ATS.
• Meet individual recruitment and closure targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for engineering and industrial positions.

Candidate Profile

Experienced Candidates

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in engineering, EPC, heavy machinery, industrial, real estate, or construction recruitment is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.

Freshers

• Recruitment experience is not mandatory.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work towards targets and learn recruitment processes independently.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, current compensation, skills, and interview performance. For freelance candidates, the commercial structure will be discussed separately based on experience and expected contribution.
