About The Souled Store

We are excited to announce the opening of a new The Souled Store showroom in Hisar and are looking for the founding floor team. The Souled Store is India's leading pop-culture apparel brand, featuring officially licensed merchandise from Marvel, DC, Disney, Friends, and anime. We offer graphic tees, oversized fits, joggers, and innerwear.

Our primary customers are aged 16–30, deeply familiar with our characters, and enjoy browsing before purchasing. You will be one of the first faces of the brand in Hisar.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor, discerning when to approach and when to provide space.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our collection, including fits, fabrics, size charts, and the specific licenses associated with each product.
• Assist customers in finding the right size and fit, and manage the trial room efficiently, especially during peak hours.
• Drive sales by suggesting complementary items, such as a second tee or a boxer combo, and promoting loyalty program signups.
• Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets.
• Maintain your assigned section, ensuring products are neatly stacked, folded, and tagged according to brand standards.
• Process sales, exchanges, and returns accurately at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Participate in stock counts and receive new inventory deliveries.

Who We're Looking For

• Education: Minimum 12th-grade education.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail, quick-service restaurants (QSR), or any customer-facing role. Confident freshers are welcome to apply.
• Language Skills: Comfortable communicating in Hindi and Haryanvi, with sufficient English proficiency to read product tags and size charts and use the POS system.
• Availability: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and festive periods, as Saturdays, Sundays, and sale days are our busiest.
• Location: Must reside in or around Hisar and have reliable transportation to the store.

What We Offer

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (in hand), based on experience.
• Incentives: Monthly incentives up to ₹4,000 based on individual and store performance.

Hiring Process

1. AI Interview: A 10-minute AI-driven interview conducted by phone (available in Hindi or English).
2. In-Store Interview: An interview with the Store Manager.
