Trust & Estates Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A confidential client in Concord, NH, is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to support a practice serving individuals and families with estate planning. This opportunity offers meaningful responsibility, professional development, and a path toward future leadership within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents.
• Assist clients with planning strategies tailored to their goals and circumstances.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated trust and estate matters.
• Assume increasing responsibility for client relationships and matters over time.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda related to estate and tax planning.
• Communicate with clients, fiduciaries, and other professionals involved in estate administration.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting estate-planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active bar admission; New Hampshire admission is preferred, or the candidate must be eligible for admission.
• Strong research, writing, communication, and client-service skills.
• Detail-oriented, client-focused, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple matters independently.

Compensation & Benefits
