Reports To: Manager, CNC Machine Shop
Location: Veerasandra, Bengaluru
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Overview
We are seeking a VMC Operator with experience machining automobile and aerospace parts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Set up jobs and upload programs on VMC machines.
- Operate VMC machines using Mitsubishi M70, Haas, and Fanuc controls.
- Use precision measuring tools, including gauges, vernier calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers.
- Perform tool changes and adjust radius offsets.
- Operate CNC machinery and tooling safely and accurately.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, charts, and tables.
- Handle and maintain measuring instruments.
- Perform daily maintenance of CNC machines.
- Maintain ISO and AS9100 documentation and support 5S activities on the shop floor.
- Communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Aeronautical Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of CNC 2D and 3D programming
- Languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and English
Salary
- Fresher: ₹18,500 per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance
