Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to assemble recorded footage into polished content suitable for broadcast and digital platforms. You will edit and enhance footage, adding music, graphics, and sound effects to create compelling videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Select effective shots and sequences to tell a story or convey a message.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and sound effects into final edits.
• Ensure video content meets brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Organize video assets, project files, and archives.
• Stay current with video editing techniques, software, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; knowledge of video formats, codecs, and editing workflows; strong storytelling and pacing; attention to detail; and creative thinking.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attributes: Creativity, attention to detail, patience, strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a collaborative approach.
