Field Sales Executive (XFE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Locations: Kanpur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹20,500 per month
- In-Hand: Approximately ₹16,500 per month
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Field Sales Executives (XFE) for a leading organization in the telecom and broadband sector. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition and promoting our services in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct door-to-door sales and customer visits.
- Generate new leads and acquire customers for broadband and Wi-Fi services.
- Effectively promote telecom products and services, explaining plans, offers, and benefits.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and customer onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate daily sales and activity reports.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Mandatory: A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are required.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Attitude: Comfortable with field sales activities and regular customer interaction; target-oriented and eager to work in a dynamic field environment.
Note: This is a field-based sales position requiring regular customer visits and local travel.
