Our award-winning Zoho Consulting Practice collaborates with clients worldwide, enabling them to transform their business processes using the Zoho suite of applications. As we expand our consulting capabilities, we’re looking for an HRMS Consultant who will work with our Technical, Functional, and Sales Teams to deliver value-driven solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize HRMS solutions, with a focus on Zoho People, based on client requirements.
• Manage core HR modules such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Performance, and HR Automation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective HR solutions.
• Create workflows, forms, approvals, and reports within the HRMS.
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HRMS applications (e.g., Zoho People, Workday, Keka, Darwinbox).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with workflow automation, forms, reports, and customizations within HRMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of Zoho People is a significant advantage.
