Lead Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our team in Pune and shape the user experience of high-traffic B2C digital products.

About the Role

• Own end-to-end product design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile.
• Translate customer needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business teams to define and deliver customer-centric product experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to identify customer pain points and product opportunities.
• Design intuitive, scalable UX/UI experiences that improve customer engagement, adoption, and conversion.
• Apply product and design thinking to solve complex user and business problems.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines.
• Validate designs through prototyping, usability testing, user feedback, and product data.
• Iterate based on user insights, analytics, business requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
• Present design decisions and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring

• At least 6 years of UX or product design experience, with a strong focus on B2C products.
• A portfolio showcasing UX or product design work for high-traffic B2C products.
• Experience working at a B2C product company.
• A degree in design (e.g., BDes or MDes) or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product design, beyond UX design alone.
• Currently based in Pune or Mumbai, or willing to relocate, and available for face-to-face interviews.
